Refund and returns policy

1. Overview

We aim to provide genuine digital licence keys and a reliable customer experience. This policy explains when a refund may be available.

2. Digital content

Digital licence keys are digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium. Once delivery has started with your express consent, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply.

3. Refund eligibility

• The key is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The same product was purchased twice in one order and neither key has been viewed or used.
• We cannot deliver the purchased product within 24 hours.

4. Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Incompatibility with the buyer’s hardware or operating system.
• The key has already been activated or redeemed.

5. Requesting a refund

Contact info@cdkeys-outlet.eu within 7 days and include the order number, a screenshot of the activation error and the steps taken. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
